“Brew ‘n’ Banter” commenced as a follow-up to our Warm Welcome Hub. It offers an open space for guests to enjoy a brew, a slice of cake, a homemade lunch and friendship: from 11 o clock every Monday. Everyone is welcome: bring a friend to make new friends!
Carol F said “I’m not one for walking in anywhere on my own – but I would here! It’s the friendly people, you know you’re not going to be sat on your own for long. We’ve been coming every week now for the past two years. This is the only group we come to. The volunteers do a great job and the food is always nice!”
Our PCF Warm Welcome Hub welcomed many guests into the PCF church building during the first 3 months of 2023 and culminated with a ‘pre-Coronation‘ lunch on Monday 24th April with over 45 people attending! A special thank you to Jan and Erica for their energy and vision and all the helpers who made this project a huge success with c.350 visits throughout the period.
